Cancellation Policy
Payments for courses and dive packages
Full payment of your certification course, diving or snorkeling trip is required on the first day of your excursion, upon arrival to the dive center. After this, the payment cannot be refunded due to the logistics of planning the excursion, course materials/fee’s paid to PADI and booking instructors/dive-masters in advance to assist with the excursion.
The excursion can be re-arranged to a later date that would suit you or you can reschedule your booking up to one year in advance.
If you have paid a deposit to reserve your place this can be refunded up to 72 hours before the excursion
Deposits on PADI courses are non-refundable as the deposit is used to purchase PADI materials which can not be returned as it is unique to your account.
